En estos sectores, un fallo por contaminaci\u00f3n i\u00f3nica puede traducirse en paros de producci\u00f3n, fallas en campo o incluso riesgos de seguridad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ello, el <\/span><b>an\u00e1lisis de iones <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mediante<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/cromatografos-de-gases.com.mx\/producto\/cromatografos-de-laboratorio\/15\"><b>cromat\u00f3grafos de laboratorio<\/b><\/a><b> de iones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, bajo la norma <\/span><b>IPC-TM-650 2.3.28<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se ha convertido en un requisito indispensable para fabricantes de tarjetas electr\u00f3nicas y sus proveedores.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la norma IPC-TM-650 2.3.28?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>Instituto de Circuitos Impresos (IPC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> desarroll\u00f3 este est\u00e1ndar con el objetivo de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">detectar y cuantificar la contaminaci\u00f3n i\u00f3nica en placas de circuito impreso<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (PCB)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y en ensamblajes electr\u00f3nicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la fabricaci\u00f3n de una tarjeta electr\u00f3nica se realizan m\u00e1s de <\/span><b>20 procesos qu\u00edmicos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (grabado, soldadura, recubrimientos, limpieza, entre otros). En ellos pueden quedar residuos como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contaminantes i\u00f3nicos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: sales, \u00e1cidos, activadores de fundente o qu\u00edmicos de recubrimiento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contaminantes no i\u00f3nicos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: aceites, resinas y grasas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los residuos no i\u00f3nicos afectan en menor medida la confiabilidad el\u00e9ctrica, pero los i\u00f3nicos s\u00ed representan un riesgo: son conductores y pueden provocar <\/span><b>cortocircuitos, corrosi\u00f3n y fallas electroqu\u00edmicas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en ambientes hostiles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por eso, el est\u00e1ndar IPC-TM-650 2.3.28 establece un <\/span><b>m\u00e9todo de cromatograf\u00eda i\u00f3nica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que permite hacer un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cromatografos-de-gases.com.mx\/producto\/cromatografo-de-gases-para-analisis-de-contaminantes\/3\"><b>an\u00e1lisis de contaminantes<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> removibles de la superficie de una PCB.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Cromatograf\u00eda i\u00f3nica: precisi\u00f3n en la detecci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>cromatograf\u00eda i\u00f3nica (IC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es una t\u00e9cnica que <\/span><b>separa, identifica y cuantifica iones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> presentes en un material.
